Of Inspections and Pets…

Home Inspections Are Nearing:
Your home is due for its semi-annual preventative maintenance inspection! We will contact you via email at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled inspection date and will need to have access to your home for approximately one half hour to complete the inspection.
We ask that you please have all pets secured if you will not be home. The inspection includes replacing air filters if needed, checking smoke detectors and replacing batteries if needed, and ensuring no leaks are present. If you do not wish to have a technician in your home for this inspection while you are not home, please give our office a call at 540-663-2190 and we will schedule the inspection at your convenience Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Attention Pet Owners:
Our office has received several complaints regarding residents who do not pick up after their pets. Per your lease agreement, you must clean up after your pet immediately. Pet waste disposal stations are located throughout the neighborhood for your convenience. Should you have a suggestion for an additional pet station location, please let us know.
And as a reminder, you must have authorization from LMH prior to bringing a pet into your home. Pets are to be leashed, supervised and under your control at all times. Leaving pets unattended in your yard is prohibited.
Please note failure to abide by the pet policy could result in revocation of your pet privileges or termination of your lease. Report all violations with the offender’s address to our office at 540-663-2190 or directly to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we work to resolve this ongoing problem.
